Booking Terms & Conditions

By submitting an eduCLick course booking, the school acknowledges that it has read, understood and agrees to comply with all requirements outlined below and the terms and conditions of the booking.

 

eduCLick BOOKING & COURSE DELIVERY POLICY

This policy outlines the requirements for schools booking and participating in courses delivered by eduCLick.

1. COURSE DELIVERY AND TIMES

  • Standard course time: 9:00am – approximately 3:00pm.

  • Trainer arrival: Approximately 8:30am–8:45am for preparation and set-up.

  • In accordance with face-to-face delivery and compliance requirements students arriving after 9:40am will not be permitted to participate.

2. CLASSROOM & EQUIPMENT

The school must provide a suitable and appropriate classroom or learning space with:

  • A projector or screen with audio for presentation delivery.

  • A suitable connection for the trainer's laptop.

3. STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Students are required to have or have access to:

  • A laptop, iPad or other approved electronic device to complete the online enrolment requirements.

  • Their USI (Unique Student Identifier).

  • Appropriate attire, including PE uniform where applicable.

4. STUDENT BEHAVIOUR

Students are expected to:

  • Follow trainer instructions.

  • Participate appropriately in all course activities for the assessment of practical skills.

  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Please note: Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the student being removed from the course at the trainer's discretion.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

·       Cancellations or rescheduling made within 120 hours (5 days) of the scheduled course date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fee.

eduCLick reserves the right to update this policy where required to reflect changes to legislation, regulations, compliance requirements or course delivery arrangements.
